We are located in the community of Bankeir, BC. Its an approximate 35 mins drive N/E of the town of Princeton & roughly 50 mins drive West of Summerland along the scenic Princeton Summerland Road.
Chain, Link & Osprey Lakes are all just literal minutes away. These are well stocked fishing lakes providing rainbow trout up to 3+ lbs! The

Chain, Link & Osprey Lakes are all just literal minutes away. These are well stocked fishing lakes providing rainbow trout up to 3+ lbs! The Kettle Valley Rail trail entrance is directly across the street & allows for lake access, hiking, horseback riding, ATVs, snow mobiles, trail bikes, pedal bikes, e-bikes, snowshoeing, cross country skiing & more depending on the season.
We are ATV & snowmobile friendly!
You can drive right off the property to access trails!

Cabins 1 - 3 are 20x14 in size & contain TWO queen sized beds.
Cabin 4 is a roomy 20x20 in size (w/larger deck space) & contains FOUR double beds & a twin (bunk).
The cabins have high ceilings with beautiful white pine interiors, power, electric heat, a 2 piece washroom, table & chairs
(both inside & outdoors)
with a covered deck.

Each has a mini fridge, regular grind drip coffee pot (filters provided), kettle, toaster oven, dish pan, small counter space & microwave.
Bring a camp stove or BBQ for outdoor cooking on your covered deck.
Hot plates are not permitted.
There is a perfectly placed, shared fire pit to enjoy our amazing starry nights.

Cabin 4 is $159 per night
(Based on 4 people)
Additional guests are $10 each per person per day.
A $30.00 CLEANING FEE IS ADDED TO EVERY RENTAL
Regarding regular & long weekends;
we strive for a 3 night stay & 2 night stay during regular weekends
BUT
there are certainly exceptions depending

Extra vehicles are $10 per day (max of 2 parking spots per cabin, trailers included)

What to bring ~ PLEASE READ
- You will need to bring your own bedding/pillows, hand & shower towels, tea towels, dishes, utensils, campstove or bbq - see what is provided appliance wise & plan accordingly for cooking & meals.
- To ensure all is septic safe, we provide toilet paper, dish & hand soap. We also supply recycle & garbage bags (within reason).
- Beds have a mattress cover & fitted sheet provided that is laundered after every rental.
- Bring slippers during colder months.
- Dress in layers.
- Bring sunglasses. Big sunny skies in all seasons.
- Don't forget your camera!! So many wildlife & nature pics to be taken!
Important to note
Along with a 2 piece washroom in the rental cabin, there are two washrooms, two shower rooms & a dishwashing station available for round the clock use in our Guest Use Area attached to the main cabin. (Dish soap provided). This is a locked area that is only available to guests of Trailside Cabin Rentals.
Cabins are NON smoking (including vapes) & have smoke detectors & extinguishers. Ashtrays are provided & you may smoke on the deck.
We are totally ATV, dirt bike & snowmobile friendly! You can drive straight from the property to the KVR & plenty of other trails!
There is no cell service here in Bankeir BUT we do have wifi so you are able to connect through many other options such as What's App., Facebook Messenger, Instagram Audio Call, Facetime & more.
There is a phone booth out front. Yes, the famous phone booth, can be used if needed
Wifi is available for our guests in our Guest Use Area & within range of the main cabin.
Pet Policy
Although we are all pet lovers here at Trailside & have Copper, our on site watch dog. He does not interact with guests or go anywhere in the cabins or guest use areas. We have a strict no pet policy for our rentals. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 30 days in advance of your reservation date will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of your reservation date will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the circumstance. If we are required by government mandate to close our business or a travel ban is ordered at the time of your reservation, you will be eligible for a full deposit refund.
